Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes muscles to smooth dynamic wrinkles (like forehead lines or crow’s feet). Dermal fillers are gel-like substances used to restore lost volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth static wrinkles (like smile lines or hollow cheeks).
Don’t lie down for 4 hours after Botox. Avoid rubbing the area or intense exercise for 24 hours. Skip facials, saunas, and alcohol for a day or two.
Common areas include:
● Forehead lines
● Frown lines (between the eyebrows)
● Crow’s feet (around the eyes)
● Bunny lines (nose wrinkles)
● Jawline slimming (masseter reduction)
● Neck bands
Fillers can enhance and contour:
● Lips
● Cheeks
● Chin
● Jawline
● Under-eye hollows (tear troughs)
● Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
● Marionette lines (around the mouth)
Botox typically lasts 3 to 4 months. Fillers can last 6 to 18 months, depending on the product and treatment area.
Most clients report minimal discomfort. We use very fine needles and can apply topical numbing for added comfort. Fillers often contain lidocaine to reduce pain during injection.
Botox: Results appear in 3–7 days, with full effect in about 2 weeks. Fillers: Results are immediate, though mild swelling or bruising may temporarily mask final results for a few days.
Downtime is minimal. You may have slight swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. Most clients return to normal activities the same day or the next.
Yes! Many clients benefit from a combined approach to address both wrinkles and volume loss in a single visit. This is often called a “liquid facelift.”
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) for 24–48 hours before treatment to minimize bruising. Come with a clean face, and let us know about any medical conditions or recent procedures.
